Molly chose to have her session at Ritchie Woods in Fishers. It was the first time I’d ever been here though I’d driven past it hundreds of times. It was beautiful!! We got scolded by some park rangers for going “off the trail” for some of the field shots, but it was worth it. Park rangers, you don’t scare us! We had some beautiful (but hot!) weather for her session after being rained out FOUR times! I was beginning to think this was some kinda sign…:) And a big congrats to Molly – she graduated the day after these were taken! 🙂

Molly – you were an absolute joy to work with and I hope you love your images!

Molly tried to tell me at the beginning of the session that she couldn’t do “serious” – ummm…you’re dead wrong!

Finally!! I love these two already – they are so sweet together and SO goofy. I wish I had a video of the interaction between Matt and a poor elderly lady that happened to be walking past as we were shooting – Matt told her we were shooting a spread for Playboy and the woman (she had to be 75) said casually and with a smile, “I’ll be sure to pick that up.” As you can imagine, the rest of the session was hilarious and a blast. It doesn’t hurt that these two are gorgeous and did I mention yet that I’m SO excited for their wedding?!?!

I hope you enjoy a few of my favorites. Leave them some love!!

I have to say, newborns just might be my favorite age to photograph. They can’t take a bad picture because everything they do, every face they make, is adorable. Izaak definitely was a pleasure to photograph. I think his mom was worried he wouldn’t sleep at all, but I never mind a bit of swaddling and rocking to get my baby fix the little ones to sleep.  He ended up being OUT towards the end of the session and was a perfect model. I hope you enjoy these –
